When you book online for a visit or event via our website, sign up for a Stowe House newsletter, or
enquire via telephone, we collect information about you. This may include only a telephone number
or your full postal and email address, depending on the services you have used.

We use your information to process orders and bookings, manage accounts, process applications,
and email you about products, services, and promotions that may be of interest to you. We may also
send information about restoration, events, fundraising, and other activities. Your information may
be shared with other organisations at Stowe, particularly Stowe Presents. We will never pass your

SHEL holds:

• Names and email addresses of individuals signing up for newsletters
• Contact details (name, postal and email address, phone number, photo, CV) of past and present volunteers and staff

SHPT holds:

• Information on living and deceased descendants of the Temple-Grenville family (names, county of location, date of birth)
• Contact details (name, postal and email address, photo, CV) of past and present trustees

We use this data to communicate with visitors, members, and volunteers about events and news. We do not share personal data with third parties outside of Stowe House and Stowe School.
